1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Legacé24 website located at legace24.com (the “Site”), creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you (“Member” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or its services.

Legacé24 (“the Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Site.

2. Eligibility

To register as a Member, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law; and
Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. Legacé24 reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access Member features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address, creating a password, and submitting any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account information current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify us immediately at [contact@legace24.com] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Legacé24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent membership restrictions, fees, or a prior termination is prohibited.

4. Membership

4.1 Membership Plans

Legacé24 offers membership on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Current membership fees, plan details, and any applicable promotions are listed on the Site and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

4.2 Member Benefits

Active Members in good standing receive access to:

Preferred buying and selling spreads on gold and silver transactions facilitated by the Group;
The ability to browse approximate price listings and product availability;
The ability to reserve interest in products;
Appointment scheduling with a Legacé24 representative; and
Any other benefits specified on the Site for the applicable membership tier.

4.3 Membership Fees and Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By providing payment information, you authorize Legacé24 to charge your designated payment method for the applicable membership fee at the start of each billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Legacé24 reserves the right to modify membership fees upon reasonable notice, which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, access to Member benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully collected. Legacé24 may make reasonable attempts to collect outstanding fees before cancelling a membership for non-payment.

4.5 Membership Termination by Legacé24

Legacé24 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without notice and without refund of any prepaid fees. While this right is broad, termination will generally be exercised in response to:

Unprofessional, abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at Group representatives or other parties;
Illegal conduct or communications, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation;
Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
Any behavior that, in the Group’s judgment, is harmful to the integrity, safety, or reputation of Legacé24 or its Members.

In cases of clear and egregious misconduct, termination may occur without prior warning. In less severe cases, we may, at our discretion, provide a warning before taking action.

5. Transactions — How Buying and Selling Works

5.1 No On-Site Transactions

No buying, selling, or financial transactions involving gold, silver, or any other commodity are conducted directly through the Site. The Site is a membership and scheduling platform only. All actual purchases and sales are completed exclusively in person with a Legacé24 representative.

5.2 Appointment-Based Settlement

To buy or sell gold or silver through the Group, Members must schedule an in-person appointment with a Legacé24 representative using the appointment booking feature on the Site. The transaction will be completed, and the final price will be determined, at the time of in-person settlement.

5.3 Price Estimates Are Approximate

Any prices, spreads, valuations, or price ranges displayed on the Site are estimates only and are provided for informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, or commitment by Legacé24. The final price for any transaction will be agreed upon between the Member and the Legacé24 representative at the time of in-person settlement and may differ from any estimate displayed on the Site.

Factors affecting final pricing may include, but are not limited to, current spot market prices, condition and authenticity of metals, quantity, timing, and other market conditions at the time of settlement.

5.4 Product Reservations

Members may use the Site to express interest in or reserve specific products. A reservation does not constitute a binding purchase agreement and does not guarantee availability or pricing. Reservations are confirmed only at the time of in-person settlement.

5.5 Member Anonymity and Intermediation

Legacé24 serves as a discreet intermediary for transactions between Members. Member identities are kept strictly confidential at all times. No Member will be made aware of the identity of any other Member in connection with any transaction. Any buying or selling that may involve multiple Members is facilitated anonymously through the Group, with Legacé24 acting as the sole counterpart known to each individual Member.

6. Cancellation of Membership

6.1 Cancellation by Member

You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings on the Site or by contacting us at [contact@legace24.com]. Upon cancellation:

Your membership will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period;
No further charges will be made after cancellation;
No refund will be issued for any portion of a prepaid billing period, whether monthly or annual, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon expiry of the final paid period following cancellation, your access to Member benefits will cease. Scheduled appointments that fall within the active membership period will remain valid unless otherwise cancelled by you.

6.3 Annual Memberships

Members on annual plans who wish to cancel prior to the end of their annual term will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the term, except where required by applicable law.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Closing Your Account

You may request permanent closure of your Legacé24 account at any time by contacting us at [contact@legace24.com]. Account closure will result in the termination of your membership (if active) and the deletion or anonymization of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

7.2 Outstanding Obligations

Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

7.3 Reactivation

Closed accounts may not be reactivated. Former Members who wish to rejoin must create a new account and are subject to the then-current membership terms and fees, provided they are eligible to do so.

8. Appointments

8.1 Scheduling

Members may schedule in-person appointments with a Legacé24 representative through the Site’s appointment booking feature. Appointment availability is subject to representative availability and may vary by location.

8.2 Cancellations and No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment through the Site or by contacting us in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without reasonable notice may, at Legacé24’s discretion, result in restrictions on future appointment scheduling or other account consequences.

8.3 Conduct at Appointments

All in-person interactions with Legacé24 representatives must be conducted professionally and lawfully. Threatening, abusive, or illegal conduct at any in-person appointment will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may result in termination of membership.

9. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
Engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or any other financial crime;
Transmit unsolicited, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening communications through the Site;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any other Member’s account;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without express written permission;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its infrastructure;
Impersonate any person or subject, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or subject; or
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without express written authorization from Legacé24.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, and software, is the property of Legacé24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Legacé24 name, logo, or brand in any manner without express prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take Member privacy seriously, including the confidentiality of Member identities in the context of transactions as described in Section 5.5. 12. Disclaimers

12.1 No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Site, including price estimates, market information, or any communication from Legacé24 representatives, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Members are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions based on information provided through the Site.

12.2 No Warranties

The Site and all content and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Legacé24 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacé24, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacé24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Legacé24 is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacé24 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
